Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use apps from Canyon Labs Inc. ("we", "us") or this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
App Store apps
Apps you download from the App Store are licensed to you underApple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
Subscriptions
Prices and billing periods are shown before you buy. Apple charges your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles refunds.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. What you enter in our apps stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as ourPrivacy Policy describes.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law using our apps, try to get around their security or access other people's data, or copy or resell them except where the law allows.
Disclaimers and liability
We provide our apps and website as they are, and we do not promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date above and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
