This policy explains how Canyon Labs Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website and when you contact us. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store listing, which explains what that app collects.
What we collect
This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server logs such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we receive your email address and message, and we use them to reply.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We keep emails only as long as we need them to help you or to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@canyonlabs.ca and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to theOffice of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we will delete the information.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the effective date above.
